Time flies by in an instant especially when you have young kids. Little hands and feet grow into teenage stride without notice. Preschool is an important stage, the beginning of a lifelong learning journey.
School pictures offer an easy way for parents to create important keepsakes of their children without having to deal with finding and booking a professional photographer. My process is very easy for the school as well as for the parents.

CONSULTATION
I'll come to the school prior to our designated picture day(s) and we will discuss all the details. I will also get to know the school building, classrooms, and outdoor area. With the help of the director/staff, we will designate an outdoor area where I will be taking the photos on picture day including the complimentary headshots for the staff.

VIEWING AND CHOOSING PHOTOS
After picture day, I will sort and edit the photos. Your school will have a password-protected online gallery, where parents can view, choose, download, and purchase additional prints of their child. When the photos are ready for viewing, I'll send an invitation for parents that the school can send out.

PICTURE DAY
In the morning, I will set up the necessary equipment at our designated outdoor area where I will be taking each child's individual photos. I know that some young children need time to warm up to new situations and people, so I will give each child the necessary time they'll need to sit and pose for me. I talk to them and explain what we're doing. I tell some jokes and bring some props that will help them feel at ease.

BEFORE PICTURE DAY
I will take care of everything, so your school doesn't have to deal with flyers, forms, preorders, delivery, etc. Before picture day, your school will receive both digital and physical flyers that will contain all the necessary information for parents about their child's picture day. Physical copies can be posted around the school. Digital flyers can be emailed to the parents. Preorders will be handled online by the photographer. Parents will be able to preorder prints or digital copies of their child's school pictures via secure online payment options.

DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered directly to the parents' address via regular mail. Complimentary staff headshots will be delivered via online link for digital downloads.
NOTE: In some cases, instead of preorders, I take photos of all the children. Parents can later decide whether to buy their child's photo.
